NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW
NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW
In 2020 this then Fresno County Sheriff, Jacob Woesner, falsified a confession in a fraudulent police report, stating that I had admitted to committing a crime, that he was on scene at. This person has deeply impacted my life and is responsible for my wrongful conviction. I have since found another victim that Jacob Woesner has also falsified a police report against with a falsified confession, from 2022, 2 years after he falsified the confession against me. Jacob Woesner's falsified police report, with the falsified confession resulted in this persons wrongful conviction with a 2 1/2 year wrongful incarceration. Finding this other victim has been bittersweet.
In 2022, the other victim was pulled over by Jacob Woesner. Jacob Woesner ran the victim's criminal history, before a firearm was found, which he lies about in his police report, and lies about under oath in federal court being contradicted by the CAD report. Aware that this victim was a felon, Jacob Woesner conducts an illegal search of the vehicle. Jacob Woesner then completely falsifies his police report, providing statements that the other victim never made, just as he did in my falsified police report. Jacob Woesner states that this victim, admitted to drugs in the vehicle, consented to the vehicle search, and admitted that a gun found in the trunk was his, which was proven to be his friends vehicle. This other victim files a motion to suppress hearing addressing that this is all falsified. With the other victims criminal history, and the fact that a police officers testimony holds more weight, the other victim loses the hearing, and Jacob Woesner who has falsified his police report, conducted an illegal search, and falsified a confession against this victim, is the one believed. This victim now being not believed is then forced to go along with the falsified police report, and face less prison time, as opposed to a significant prison sentence.
You listen to this and sob on their couch. You sob for them, and you sob for yourself. Then you become angry. Angry for this other victim. And then you question how many other victims are there?
So you file to Police Officer Standards and Trainings because it's now so much bigger than your wrongful conviction, and the other victims wrongful conviction, and their 2-and 1/2-year wrongful incarceration, because you realize EVERY single case that this officer has been involved in needs to be reopened, with a focus on "confessions".
So this has now been forwarded to the Fresno County Sheriff from Police Officer Standards and Trainings to investigate. And here is why I am here. The Fresno County Sheriff Internal Affairs is busy covering ...er "investigating" this. If you have been victimized I am leaving you a space to reach out here so that you may start the process of your healing journey as I don't trust that Internal Affairs is actually pulling this officers cases.
As far as Jacob Woesner, both myself and this other victim have had our lives and mental health deeply impacted by an utterly corrupt police officer. I know that the Fresno County Sheriff will not stand behind a police officer that needs to be decertified, as that would be ethically against Police Officer Standards and Trainings standards, its against what the badge stands for, and its against what the Fresno County Sheriff stands for. You do NOT falsify confessions against the public resulting in wrongful convictions and wrongful incarcerations.

I have redacted some names to protect privacy, as well as other aspects of the complaint that do not focus on Jacob Woesner.
